  • AM- 3 mile run
  • PM- REST

  • AM- 1200 meter swim at YMCA
  • PM- REST

Thursday:

  • AM- 4 mile run
  • NOON- 550 meter swim
  • PM- 30 minute spin

Friday:

  • REST

Saturday:

  • AM- 30 mile bike ride at Ft. DeSoto
  • PM- Rest
