According to DailyMile, I swam, biked, and ran 100 miles this week. That has to be a new record for me.
This week felt a lot like last, except for the bike. Even though I only added 10 miles to my long bike ride this week, it absolutely kicked my butt. I’m not sure if it was the heat or the added distance but the last 5 miles I could feel my legs shaking.
I’m still swimming a couple of times a week with a co-worker. Lunchtime swims are the best! What an awesome way to break up the day. She also taught me how to do flip turns. They save so much time in the pool. Why did I not learn this sooner?

- AM- 1000 meter swim at YMCA
- PM- REST
Tuesday:
- AM- 3 mile run
- NOON- 1000 meter swim
Wednesday:
- AM- 40 mile bike ride at Suncoast Parkway
- PM- REST
Thursday:
- AM- 3 mile run
- PM- 1500 meter swim
Friday:
- AM- 90 minutes on the bike trainer
- PM- REST
Saturday:
Sunday:
- AM- 20 miles on bike at Ft. DeSoto
