Apparently, I was really excited for Top Gun Triathlon when I put this together because I had it scheduled for today instead of two weeks from now. Whoops.
Monday:
- AM- 1500 meter swim at YMCA
- PM- REST
Tuesday:
- AM- 1 hour spin
- PM- 1500 meter swim
Wednesday:
- AM- 5 mile run
- PM- REST
Thursday:
- AM- 13 mile bike and 3 mile run
- Noon- 800 meter swim
Friday:
- AM- 6 mile run
- PM- REST
Saturday:
- Rest Day
Sunday:
- AM- 32 mile bike
I’m spending next week on vacation in Virginia and North Carolina. I will try my best to keep up with training!
