I felt like I was all over the place this week but looking back I was pretty on target with the plan. I did my long run before work on Tuesday and got two open water swims in.
Monday:
- PM- 1000 meter swim
Tuesday:
- AM- 10 mile run
Wednesday:
Thursday:
- AM- 3 mile run
Friday:
- AM- Brick: 24 mile bike / 2 mile run
Saturday:
- AM- 3 mile run
- AM- 2100m Open Water Swim with Team Psych
Sunday:
- AM- 54 mile ride
I have to give a huge thank you to Beth for sticking with me on Sunday’s 50+ mile ride. Beth is also doing 70.3 Augusta this year. Having a buddy for the ride helped shake out a little bit of my nerves.
And with that… it’s taper time! Can you believe it?



You did great Tori and talking with you about the stresses of training really made me felt better. Thanks for letting me vent! After Augusta we’ll have to plan more “fun” rides.

My goodness Tori! That Dailymile chart is awesome!! To have bars everyday is insane! I’m sure you’re ready for taper! Can’t wait to hear about the race.
