From My Kitchen

Cooking is a new endeavor for me. I hadn’t spent a great amount of time in the kitchen in years past but made my 2011 New Years resolution to get in there more. It’s been a lot of fun and has forced me to expand my diet and try new things.

I enjoy simple flavors and meals. I try to make things with fewer ingredients and stay as plant-based as possible. I’m still learning, a lot, and am always up for suggestions!
