I used most of the workouts from Michael Finch’s book that I mentioned in this post. The week days with multiple activities will be split into morning and evening work outs. The weekend sessions later in the plan will be bricks. I also plan to spend a lot of time on the trainer during the week as there just aren’t enough hours of daylight for me to get out there and ride that many miles.
Here it is! My life for the next 18 weeks…
